The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to define the terms of use for the website www.lecrazyhorseparis.com (hereafter the “Website”) for anyone browsing the page (hereafter the “User”), particularly when making an enquiry or a booking. Online bookings are also subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Business, which you can read on our Website.

The purpose of the Website is to introduce the show, the company and the different offers that Users can book online. The Website also has a “recruitment” area and a “press” zone.

Browsing the Website is subject to these General Terms of Use (also called the “GTUs”), which are up to date as of 5 November 2015.

Use – Viewing the Website

You can browse the Website freely, without creating an account beforehand.

Users undertake to use the Website in accordance with these GTUs. Using the site implies that you unreservedly accept and adhere to the GTUs.

We would like to draw Users’ attention to certain operations carried out using the Website, including Bookings. Any data sent by Users must therefore be complete and accurate. As a result, Users undertake to only enter information that meets these criteria. Users should also note that it is mandatory for them to provide certain pieces of information so that their Bookings are taken into consideration.  Similarly, using the “Recruitment” or “Contact” tabs may mean sending specific pieces of information.

Furthermore, any malicious or fraudulent use of the Website may lead to legal action.

Access to the Website may be interrupted or suspended without warning, in the case of a force majeure, technical problems beyond our control and/or maintenance or update work.

Intellectual property

The overall structure of the Website and its content (text, files, images, sound clips, videos, etc.) have been specially designed and made by and/or for Le Crazy Horse. They are protected by intellectual property rights. As a result, using, extracting, modifying, reproducing or utilising the Website, including the associated domain names, whether completely or partially, by any means, is strictly forbidden without the express prior written approval of Le Crazy Horse.

The brand “Crazy Horse” is also a registered trade mark. Any full or partial use of reproduction, in any media, is subject to the prior and express written approval of Le Crazy Horse.

Hypertext links

The links on the Crazy Horse Website can direct the User to other sites belonging to third Parties; Le Crazy Horse bears no responsibility for these sites. Le Crazy Horse has no control over these links, which are only provided to help Users browse the Website. Le Crazy Horse cannot be held liable for any reason whatsoever for the activation of these links and/or the content of the Websites to which Users are redirected or any damage done to Users as a result of using these sites or if the site malfunction.

– managing requests made using the various forms on the Website (such as information requests via the “Contact” section), applications to join the Crazy Horse teams via the “Recruitment” section, etc.)

– carrying out statistical analyses, particularly on Website usage.

When appropriate, data may be sent to partners involved in delivering the Services that are part of your Booking.

We endeavour to take the appropriate steps to ensure that your personal data is secure and kept confidential. To do this, we do our best to use IT systems equipped with suitable protection means.

Le Crazy Horse has opened an account on several social networks, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Le Crazy Horse reserves the right to change the list of its abovementioned accounts. Users can access them in accordance with these GTUs, as well as the general terms of use and personal data polices of each of the abovementioned social networks, after they have read them carefully.

Liability

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a secure Internet connection to protect their equipment, data and software against any possible attack.

Le Crazy Horse cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage (including damage to the User’s equipment) as a result of a computer virus, piracy or any other fraudulent attack on the Website by a third party. More generally, le Crazy Horse cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that come as a result of viewing the Website or any malfunction caused by a link to the Website.

Le Crazy Horse endeavours to keep all information on the Website permanently up to date; however, it provides no guarantee as to the completeness, exhaustive nature or accuracy of this information, which has no contractual value and may be changed at any time.

Changes to these GTUs

Le Crazy Horse may change these GTUs at any time, by publishing a revised version on the Website, which will include the revision date.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTUs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute arising from these GTUs, and pursuant to Article 46 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure, the competent courts are those under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions of Article L.141-5 of the French Consumer Code, where applicable.
